- Executive Resume; you’re not looking for a job but the SBA still want to know more about you. They want to be comfortable that you and your management team (or employees) are likely to be successful running the business
- Personal Financial Statement; It’s usually a good thing to go ahead and complete it and have it handy. Some lenders won’t require this document, but it’s good to have it handy.
- SBA “LowDoc” Application; this is the one-page SBA loan application form.
